In 2019, our team was entrusted with the prestigious task of externally redecorating the Embassy of Finland in London, a beautiful heritage building located in the heart of the city. This was an extensive project that demonstrated our commitment to quality, attention to detail, and ability to work within strict guidelines to preserve the integrity of historically significant structures. The project duration was two months, from April to June.

Respecting the building's historical status, we adhered to conservation principles throughout the project. We worked closely with the Embassy staff, local conservation officers, and Finnish heritage agencies to ensure every aspect of the restoration was sympathetic to the original design and materials. Our team maintained the original features while ensuring the building met current safety and efficiency standards.

The project included restoration of the original woodwork, stonework, and intricate architectural details. We carefully selected colour palettes that resonated with the architectural style of the building.
 

From scaffolding to final touch-ups, we upheld the highest safety standards and kept disruption to a minimum, ensuring that the Embassy could continue its operations unhindered during our work. 

The successful completion of the project won us recognition for our dedication to maintaining historical accuracy, providing excellent customer service, and delivering high-quality results. The Embassy of Finland in London now stands as a testament to our team's ability to combine respect for heritage with modern redecoration techniques and enhanced the building's external appeal.

In 2022, our team was commissioned for an exceptional high-end house refurbishment project in the vibrant neighborhood of Brixton. The project was initiated due to an unfortunate leak but evolved into a comprehensive renovation that epitomized luxury and sophistication.

Our team transformed the residence into a beacon of modern luxury. We were given carte blanche on all decisions, with no expense spared, allowing us to source the finest materials and employ the most advanced techniques to deliver an impeccable finish.

A unique feature of this project was the extensive use of microcement in the bathroom. This versatile material was applied to the walls, floor, and even the bespoke sink and shower area, creating a seamless, contemporary aesthetic that was not only visually striking but also highly durable and water-resistant. The microcement, combined with high-end fixtures and fittings, resulted in a bathroom that was truly a sanctuary of luxury.

Throughout the rest of the house, we employed a meticulous level of detail to ensure every aspect of the refurbishment was of the highest quality. We introduced bespoke joinery, hand-crafted fixtures, and custom-made furniture, each piece carefully chosen to enhance the luxurious feel of the house.

The kitchen was fitted with state-of-the-art appliances, custom cabinetry, and marble countertops, creating a space that was as functional as it was beautiful.

Our team worked diligently to ensure every detail, no matter how small, was executed with precision and care. The result was a transformed residence that redefined luxury living, combining opulence with comfort to create a truly unique home in the heart of Brixton.

In late 2021, our team undertook an extensive building refurbishment project, a comprehensive transformation of a three-flat building located in the bustling city center. The project highlighted our team's ability to seamlessly blend high-quality craftsmanship with efficient project management to deliver outstanding results.

Our team completely stripped the three flats back to their original brickwork. This allowed us to start from a blank canvas, ensuring a thorough and comprehensive renovation that catered to modern comfort and aesthetics while preserving the building's original charm and character.

Our team installed high-performance insulation to improve energy efficiency and provide comfortable living conditions all year round. We also implemented modern electrical and heating systems, ensuring that the flats not only looked great but were also equipped with the latest technology for comfort and efficiency.

Each flat received a full interior decoration, including new bathrooms and kitchens outfitted with high-end fixtures and fittings. We installed new flooring throughout, complementing the modern, stylish interiors with durable and attractive surfaces. The flats also benefited from new windows, enhancing natural light and providing excellent thermal performance.

Throughout the refurbishment, we worked closely with the client to ensure their vision came to life. We were committed to creating spaces that were not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and comfortable. Our attention to detail and commitment to quality was evident in every aspect of the project, from the initial stripping of the flats to the final touches of decoration.
